In such a situation, the resignation of Gilani raises many questions. However, he is not talking to anyone about his resignation.

Security sources said the resignation of Geelani shows the nefarious intentions of the 'Use and Throw' of Pakistan, especially its intelligence agency ISI. Once a violent protester at the behest of his patrons and a mob of thousands, Pakistan has now left him at his mercy. He has made Abdula Geelani a representative for the Hurriyat chapter of POK and has given his son, They were trying to make Hurriyat's successor. Actually he was fed up with the politics of the two factions formed within the Hurriyat. Therefore, even after the removal of 370, he did not stop making any statements about Kashmir. The rest of the Hurriyat leaders also started talking about this.

Gilani's Hurriyat Conference faction has had a lot of differences over the past 4-6 months. A source said that Geelani realized that time was not with him and was trying to make his son the successor to Hurriyat. He tried his best to get his confidant and a close friend of his son Naeem Gilani, Abdullah Gilani, to be the convener of the POK chapter.

An IPS official said that Geelani wanted his son Naeem to somehow become the chief of the Hurriyat so that his 'Sultanate' could continue. However, Pakistan's position agencies were not happy with his plans and are believed to have moved with other Hurriyat factions in Kashmir and POK. Geelani's chiefs first sidelined him and then removed his chosen representative Abdullah Gilani and placed his man Hussain Mohammad Khatib on the Hurriyat's throne in the POK.

Gilani has always been anti-India

Syed Gilani's thinking has always been anti-India. He still does not consider Kashmir a part of India. He has always demanded the separation of Kashmir from India and has always been in the news for dealing with terrorists, love for Pakistan, money from Pakistan, and the closure of Kashmir. Always shouting anti-India slogans.
