On Saturday, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi called Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot to his residence. The purpose of coming to Rahul Gandhi's house was to discuss Cabinet Expansion.

According to sources, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal, and Rajasthan in-charge Ajay Maken were also present in this meeting. This meeting on Rajasthan Cabinet Expansion lasted for about one and a half hours.

Speculation about Sachin Pilot 

When reporters asked Ajay Maken about the meeting he said, There was nothing special. It was a general meeting. It is believed that in this meeting, possible cabinet expansion and political appointments have been discussed.

In Rajasthan, the dispute related to the fight between Gehlot and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot has been going on for several months. However, the pilot group has been demanding a respectable share in the cabinet expansion. And at the same time, appointments to boards and corporations as well.

Decision on cabinet reshuffle and political appointments!

After this meeting of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot with Rahul Gandhi, discussions in the political corridor have intensified. Reshuffle may happen before Diwali

During this meeting with Rahul Gandhi, Gehlot was accompanied by KC Venugopal and Ajay Maken. Medical Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma and Revenue Minister Harish Chaudhary's posts are yet not confirmed. However, they could be removed or replaced in the ongoing Cabinet Expansion.

Apart from this, due to the creation of four working presidents in the organization, the discussion of the removal of some more ministers is also in full swing. Cabinet reshuffles, political appointments, and extensive changes in the organization are likely to be done before Diwali.
