The Rajasthan government will make a law to curb the incidents of mobs lynching and honor killings. Expressing concern over the incidents in the state of Mob Lynching in the last one year, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the government is going to make tough laws, through which to curb the criminals. Responding to the debate on the budget, the Chief Minister said in the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday that instructions have been given to the officers of the Home, Law and Police departments regarding making the law. The Chief Minister also announced to set up a special cell for tightening of adulteration.

He said that presently the medical and food departments are taking action against the millet, but now it has been decided to set up separate cells to deal with the diligence of the militants separately. The Chief Minister also declared free Angiography in Government Medical Colleges. So far CT scan, MRI was free. The Chief Minister said that for the marriage of daughters of all BPL families now in the state, financial assistance of 21 thousand rupees will be given by the government under Kanyadan Yojna. So far, the BPL families of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes were getting the benefit of this facility.

He also announced to create sports uniforms in Jhunjhunu, open 25 new colleges, two agriculture colleges and a new law college. He said that the e-Library based on the life of the country's first Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru will be opened at the Rajasthan International Center, which will be built in Jaipur on the lines of the Delhi-India International Center. A provision of Rs 10 crore has been made for this.

The Chief Minister said that the government and the people are the trustees of the people. Assuming this, the government is working. With the government giving sensitive, transparent and accountable governance, it will take decision based on issues of public interest in mind. Referring to the Lok Sabha elections, Gehlot said that the elections were fought not on issues but in the name of army, religion and nationalism. BJP succeeded in winning elections on the basis of these issues, but PM Narendra Modi changed his language in parliament after winning the elections. Speaking on behalf of the Central Government to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and the PM urging the MPs to walk in their area, Gehlot said that before making such a decision, at least the biography of Mahatma Gandhi Then read it. He said that it is known to all who killed Mahatma Gandhi.
