Fried Rice is one of the favorite dishes of foodies. If you want to eat something apart from the casserole, then you can try this very tasty dish.

Ingredients:
1 cup brown basmati rice
1/4 cup Roasted Cashew Nuts
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Half tablespoon water
1 cup finely chopped broccoli
Half a teaspoon sesame oil
Half a teaspoon vinegar
Step 1:
Put sesame oil in a frying pan and allow it to heat up. When the oil is hot, add chopped broccoli. After this add the remaining vegetables.
Step 2:
Add remaining oil in a pan. Add boiled brown rice and cashew nuts and cook. Add egg and teased broccoli mesh to it. Mix them all well.
Step 3:
Take a small bowl. Mix peanut butter, water soy sauce and vinegar in it. Pour this mixture into the rice and mix it well. Now cook the rice.
Step 4:
Serve it with your favorite chutney or raita.
