The Chinese research team has tested the Covid-19 vaccine on humans, this information was given by the Chinese research team to the British medical journal 'The Lasant'. The vaccine, released on The Lasant, was tested among 108 adults, whereras the phase 1 trials have shown that the vaccine is safe and has good tolerance, but more studies are needed to see if this vaccine will allow effective prevention of Covid-19 infection.
Richard Horton, editor in chief of The Lasant, shared the news on social media and described the results of the test as a milestone. According to the World Health Organization, there are now more than 120 vaccines for the prevention of Covid-19 in the world, some of which are under clinical evaluation.
