FIR Filed against Sonia Gandhi in Karnataka, as Congress is Accused for giving False Information about PM Cares Fund

The country is currently struggling with the catastrophe of the Corona virus and in the meantime, there is a continuing political turmoil in the Congress-BJP. Amidst this chaos, an FIR has been lodged against Congress President Sonia Gandhi in Shimoga district of Karnataka. It was alleged in the FIR that wrong information is being spread by the Congress party on social media.

It has been claimed that false claims were made by the Congress party on May 11 and false allegations were made against the central government, there were some allegations related to the Prime Minister's Cares Fund, which were wrong.

Based on this, an FIR has been registered against Congress President Sonia Gandhi under Section 153, 505 of IPC and the FIR appeals that legal action should be taken against Sonia Gandhi, whereas this FIR has been filed by a local lawyer named Praveen.

Significantly, amid the Corona virus catastrophe, the Congress is constantly bombarding allegations on the Modi government. On behalf of the Congress, the central government is constantly being accused of half-treating the states.

Apart from this, an appeal is being made to make the information of Prime Minister Cares Fund public during the Corona crisis. Congress President Sonia Gandhi and leader Rahul Gandhi have targeted continuously on this behalf through social media, at the same time a letter has also been written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Let us tell you that Congress President Sonia Gandhi has already held a meeting with the Chief Ministers of Congress ruled states on this issue. While in the coming days, there is a preparation for a joint meeting with the opposition parties of the country, in which there will be a discussion about the Corona crisis.
