A father and daughter have come into the limelight in the Lalitpur district of UP. A minor student studying in class 11 has made serious allegations of rape. she said her father as well as 28 people including SP and BSP district presidents tried to rape her.

Police registered a case against all the 28 accused including her father. However, SP District President Tilak Yadav, BSP District President Deepak Ahirwar are accused in relevant sections of rape.
The girl said, when she used to study in 6th class, her father once physically abused and rape her. Later her father started raping her friends as well. And now SP District President Tilak Yadav and BSP District President Deepak Ahirwar did the same.
According to the student, she and her mother were threatened with death if she try to protest. Therefore, she remained calm and tolerated this for years. The victim and her mother finally complained about the matter to the Superintendent of Police. The police ordered quick action in view of the seriousness of the matter.
Medical examination of the victim is being conducted now. Further proceedings have also been started by registering a case against the accused. At the same time, there is anger against the accused after this case came to the fore.
In this matter, the Additional Superintendent of Police Girjesh Kumar said that this matter is very sensitive. The statement of the girl is also being taken. FIR of the case has been registered against 28 people in this case.
On being accused of rape, SP District President Tilak Yadav said that I have never met that girl. she has made false allegations against me. Tilak Yadav says that a conspiracy is being hatched to destroy him and his family. He demanded a fair probe into the matter. At the same time, he also said that if falsely implicated, he will commit suicide in the middle of the crossroads.
BSP District President Deepak Ahirwar said that I do not know the girl student. This is a complete conspiracy. The student has filed a complaint against her relatives whose names are not revealed. she has to face all the opposition in the district as the names of the leaders are known.
