31 lakh cases were reported in Spain yesterday. With this, the total cases here have gone up to 4.10 crore. 12 people died here and 2,633 people were cured of it. The infection rate in the autonomous community of Catalonia here is 1000 cases per one lakh population. This is twice the average of Spain. Because of this, night curfew is being imposed in many cities including Barcelona here. Police are being deployed at various places.
Here 40,529 cases were reported in a day. Now the total cases here have gone up to 3.49 crore. Yesterday, 293 people died here. The effect of the third wave is not yet visible here. At the time of the second wave, more than one lakh cases were being reported here in a day. Maximum 3.05 lakh cases were found here in a day.

President Emmanuel Macron announced on Monday that from July 21, people will be allowed entry to restaurants, movie theatres, cafes, hospitals, shopping centers only if they have a Kovid Health Pass. People who have been vaccinated will get this pass. After this announcement, 9 lakh people registered for the vaccine. But against this policy, 20 thousand people protested here on the last day.
