JAIPUR: Amity University in Noida Sector-125 on Wednesday had a new twist in the assault case between two student groups over the car removal dispute. A group had filed a report on six students, including a student, on Wednesday alleging assault. Now the student has lodged a report late Thursday night accusing the student of two of her other associates of molesting and pushing her to death.

Harsh Yadav, a resident of Nandagram of Ghaziabad and Madhav Chaudhary, a resident of East of Kailash, New Delhi, first filed a report in Kotwali Sector 39 on Wednesday.

Kotwali police reached the university on Thursday to investigate the matter and are interrogating other students, including the accused student. After this, the student has also filed a complaint. The student, resident of Sector 135, has nominated Harsh Yadav, Madhav Chaudhary and Diwakar Tyagi. The student has accused the three of molesting her. She says she was sitting in her car. Meanwhile, Harsh, Madhav and Diwakar in I-20 came from the wrong direction and asked him to remove the car. Since he came from the wrong direction, he could not understand which way he should take his car. Then he asked them to take the car back. At this point, Harsh came shouting and opened the door of her car and started abusing her. When she resisted, he pushed her to the ground while molesting her. The three then threatened that they could do anything with her if she now appeared on campus or even around it.

Kotwali in-charge Neeraj Malik said that the student has alleged molestation. No teacher has received any complaint in this regard from the teacher in the assault. The teacher, whose students are named, is also not in front. CCTV footage of the incident is being investigated. Nobody has been arrested yet. Just being questioned. Action will be taken on the basis of evidence.
