PM Narendra Modi's Modi 2.0 has cleared their stand on fake driving licenses. The Modi government has introduced the Motor Vehicle Amendment in the House to ban the fake driving license. In fact, Nitin Gadkari  presenting a motor vehicle amendment bill in the Lok Sabha had said such a thing that surprised everyone. Road Transport and Highway Minister Nitin Gadkari  said that 30 percent of the driving license in India is fake. Presenting the bill, Gadkari said in the House that if there is any country in the world which will get the lien easily, then it is India.

Nitin Gadkari said that people are neither afraid of law nor respect the law. Gadkari said people are not punished. This is the reason why people go hand in hand with their scooters in front of the police and they are not scared. He further said that people do not care about the invoice of Rs. 50-100. In this way people are being cared for without police on the streets.

Presenting the Motor Vehicles Amendment Bill, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that 30% driving license in India is fake. After the bill is implemented, the Aadhaar number will be mandatory for driving license and vehicle registration.

At present, the driving license is valid for 20 years, but if this bill is passed, after 10 years you will have to renew your lien. At the same time, driving license for a person 55 years or more will remain valid for only 5 years.

The amount of penalty in the motor vehicle revised bill has been increased to 10 percent. If this bill is passed then the vehicle owner will have to pay a fine of Rs. 1000 if he does not have seat belt. Whereas, the first billa helmet was found to be fines of Rs 100. At the same time, if you cross the speed limit, you will have to fill 5,000 rupees instead of 500 rupees. There is a provision for heavy penalties for those who drink and drink in this bill. In such a case, if found to be a drink and drive, he would have to pay a fine of Rs 10000 instead of 2000 rupees.
