A post is going viral on social media. It is written in the post which is going viral on social media, bombs and weapons were found in a mosque in France, the government there blew up the same mosque with the same bomb. Many people are sharing a photo with this post. The mosque appears in the photo, whose roof appears to be lying on the ground like a sheet.
To know the truth of the viral post, we searched the keywords related to it on various sites. In the search results, we found news related to this on the websites of France24 and Aljazeera. According to websites, after the Paris attacks on November 13, 2015, the French government took strict action against Islamic fundamentalism. At that time more than 100 mosques in France were closed. Police confiscated 334 weapons, including 24 military ones, from a mosque in Paris. The news on the website is of December 2015. But during the investigation, we did not find any such news, which is being claimed in the viral post.
In the next phase of the investigation, reverse-searched the image of the Zamindoj Masjid being shared with the post on Google. In the search result, this picture was also found along with the news on the website of ABP and Navbharat Times. According to the investigation, this photo is of a madrasa in Banka, Bihar. A major part of the madrasa was destroyed by a sudden explosion on 8 June 2021. After investigating the matter, the police had told that the blast was caused by a country-made bomb.
