Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said on Saturday that there are 92 corona virus hotspots in the national capital but the entire city is not a hotspot. Jain was answering the question whether the Delhi government is considering exempting the lockdown implemented to prevent the spread of corona virus. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said earlier this week that the lockdown in the national capital would continue as usual and there would be no relaxation of the restrictions before the review meeting of experts on 27 April.

Jain said, "There are 92 corona virus hotspots in Delhi. There is no whole district or entire city considered as a hotspot. "The Health Minister also said that as the rate of corona virus cases in Delhi is increasing at a doubling rate similarly, the patients are getting cured too at. He said that 2,514 cases of corona virus have been reported so far in Delhi. On Friday, 138 Covid-19 patients appeared. The minister said that out of the total cases, 857 people have fully recovered, while 53 have died whereas 29 patients are in ICU.

On plasma therapy tests, Jain said, "We have tried it on six patients. Two patients were tested four days ago, two on Thursday and two on Friday. Those people whose therapy was done four days ago are almost cured. The results are encouraging. "

The Union Home Ministry issued a new order on Friday night, which allowed the opening of all shops in rural areas. According to the notification, "In urban areas, it is permissible to open neighborhoods, all neighborhood shops and shops located in residential complexes." It is not allowed to open shops in markets / market complexes and shopping malls."
