Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi's film 'Fauji Calling' was to be released in the theatres. But now it has been decided to release it on the digital platform. The film's writer and director Aryan Saxena informed about the release of the film on the digital platform. The makers have also shared the poster of the film. In the film, Ranjha Vikram Singh, Bidita Bug, Mugdha Godse and Zarina Wahab will be seen playing important roles along with Sharman Joshi.

Aryan told IANS that the film was ready and scheduled to be release in May but we could not do so due to the lockdown. After that I talked to the producers to release it on the OTT platform.

The story of the film is based on the events surrounding the Pulwama attack, how such attacks not only kill the soldiers but also permanently scare their near and dear ones. This Caesar fire is occurring even during the Corona virus epidemic.

Ranjha said- "'Army calling' tells the untold story of the armed forces as well as their families. Even today, while we are all making sure that we are safe, soldiers are on duty and guarding the country", and are not around their loved ones. At this time, it is important to recognize their sacrifice and that's why we want 'Fauji Calling' to reach the audience as soon as possible.
