Shahrukh Khan’s TV show ‘Circus’ is returning with Doordarshan’s ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’

After Ramayana and Mahabharata, Doordarshan has now announced to telecast two other old serials. It has been reported on social media that Shah Rukh Khan's show 'Circus' and detective serial 'Byomkesh Bakshi' will be shown again. Let us tell you that before appearing in the movies, King Khan was seen in such fluent as 'Circus' and 'Fauji'.

The entire country has been locked down for 21 days due to the outbreak of Corona virus in the country. In such a situation, the serials of 80s and 90s are being retailed once again on Doordarshan. Ramanand Sagar's 'Ramayaman' and BR Chopra's 'Mahabharata' serial will be shown again.

At the same time, Doordarshan has informed via Twitter that there is good news for Shah Rukh Khan's fans as his serial 'Circus' (1989) is returning to TV again. The show will be shown from March 28 at 8 pm. Ashutosh Gowariker and Renuka Shahane had also played important roles in it.

Apart from this, '90s popular detective show' Byomkesh Bakshi '(1993) is also making a comeback on Doordarshan. The serial wil go onl air from March 28 at 11 am. This crime series is based on the novel by Sharadindu Bandopadhyay. It featured Rajit Kapoor in the lead role, who was also the director of the show.

While Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced a 21-day lockdown due to coronavirus in the past, many people including BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay had raised the demand for broadcasting of 'Ramayana' and 'Mahabharata' on social media. After this, Prasar Bharati CEO Shashi Shekhar gave the broadcast signal again on March 26. Ultimately, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting decided and Minister Prakash Javadekar gave information about its broadcast time on Friday.
