The upcoming film "Jawan," starring Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara, has sparked enthusiasm among cinephiles, generating enormous excitement ahead of its release.
Adding to the excitement, renowned actor Shah Rukh Khan paid a religious visit to the legendary Tirumala shrine in Andhra Pradesh with his daughter Suhana Khan and co-star Nayanthara.
Shah Rukh Khan was dressed neatly in a spotless white kurta and a traditional mundu, while Suhana and Nayanthara were dressed nicely in white salwar suits.
The three reverently presented their prayers at Tirupati's Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple.
According to ANI, they then went to the Ranganayaka Mandapam, where temple priests performed the Veda Ashirvachanam rite and conferred the Teertha Prasadam on them.
Following the success of "Pathaan" earlier this year, Shah Rukh Khan is now set to enthral his fans with his first collaboration with Tamil filmmaker Atlee in "Jawan."
This upcoming action-thriller stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, as well as Shah Rukh Khan in a dual character.
The film, directed by Gauri Khan, will be released in theatres on September 7. Notably, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Ridhi Dogra, and Yogi Babu play key roles in the film's ensemble cast.
The advance booking for "Jawan" has set a spectacular precedent by selling over 200,000 seats across recognized national chains such as PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis.
Taran Adarsh, a renowned cinema trade analyst, said on Twitter that "Jawan" had already sold an astonishing 246,000 tickets for its Thursday release, with PVR and INOX selling 203,000 and Cinepolis contributing 43,000.
When it comes to the star cast of the movie, besides Shah Rukh Khan, 'Jawan' features Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Nayantara in prominent roles.
