Hotshot Shah Rukh Khan says he began to look all starry-eyed at The Lion King for the manner in which the motion picture portrays a story dependent on a connection between a dad and a child. Bollywood's King Khan and his child Aryan have loaned their voices for King Mufasa and his child Simba individually in the Hindi rendition of Disney's up and coming no frills film The Lion King.

"The Lion King has been, for not just me, but for so many people around the world, one of the favorite films that they have enjoyed with their families and kids," Shah Rukh said. "There are only three films that one loved actually while growing up. One is The Lion King, followed by The Jungle Book and Bambi," he included.

The Lion King pursues the experiences of Simba, who is to succeed his dad Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands, and portrays a story of how he ascends to the event in spite of a few endeavors to bring him somewhere around his disgusting uncle Scar.

The Jungle Book acclaim executive Jon Favreau has rethought the universe of Disney's exemplary to bring alive the new reality to life form. He has remained consistent with the great story of Simba and utilized spearheading filmmaking methods to bring the notorious characters alive on the wide screen in another manner.

For Shah Rukh, The Lion King has consistently been extraordinary. "For one, it didn't have a human being in it, and (secondly) it was a film that was based on the relationship of a father and a son. That was special."
