Body Shaming is an act or practice of negatively judging someone based on their physical appearance. It is no different from Bullying, be it on social media or in person. Nowadays, People think its cool and normal to call anyone fat- skinny, for them they are just words, but for the person who is bearing these types of words, its like a World Upside Down feeling.

But Sameera Reddy replied to this mental evil very swiftly and motivated each and every mother out there, who is coping with these issues after pregnancy.

Sameera Reddy is a former Indian actress who firstly starred in Hindi-language films. She has also appeared in some Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam language films. Sameera Reddy made her debut with the 2002 film Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. She is best known for starring in films like Darna Mana Hai (2003), Musafir (2004), Jai Chiranjeeva (2005), Taxi Number 9211 (2006), Ashok (2006), Race (2008), Varanam Aayiram (2008), De Dana Dan (2009), Aakrosh (2010), Vettai (2012) and Tezz (2012).

Sameera in her latest Instagram video said "No tricks no make up just me ! #imperfectlyperfect….I had a message from a mom who says she feels 'fat' 'ugly' and 'not beautiful' with her post baby fat . She said she looked at me and felt dejected . OMG!!! So here are my morning swelly eyes . No tricks no make up just me owning it! And I'm hoping that this enforces a positive spin on our own expectations of ourselves . I feel coming back to the public view in a way that I feel no pressure for my own mental health has helped me stay focused on being a good mother and a person who is self accepting that makes it a healthier space for all around me . Don't dwell on what you are not and what you don't have ! Let's focus on the good.. we are all."
