Rubina Dilaik has told five important things to the people infected with Corona through social media. The actress has mentioned all those things which she has done during her recovery from Covid.

Just a few days ago, the Corona report of Bigg Boss fame and TV popular actress Rubina Dilaik came positive. The actress these days is quarantined in her Shimla house. The actress keeps on giving her health update through social media. Rubina has shared the video on Instagram on Wednesday, in which she is referring to all the things that she has done during her recovery from Covid.

In the video, she talks about the five things that she has followed during the battle with Corona. She said that during recovery, she ate healthy food, drank a lot of water, practiced yoga, took medicines on time and enjoyed music.

In the caption of her post, the actress wrote, "I have been in quarantine for over 19 days. But these are the 5 things that helped me recover faster. The most important thing is to listen to my favorite music and be happy." '
