In a notice sent to Anushka Sharma on May 18, it has been alleged that the use of the word 'caste' in the web series has insulted the entire Nepali community.

Gurung told The Quint, in a clip in the second episode of the series, the lady police officer uses caste words when interrogating a Nepali character. If the word Nepali was used, then we would have had no problem but the word used after that is not acceptable to us at all. Because Anushka Sharma is the producer of the series, a notice has been sent to her.
