Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who made his Bollywood debut with the film 'Vicky Donor', has turned 36 today. Born on September 14, 1984, in Chandigarh, Punjab. Ayushmann did his entire studies in Chandigarh. After schooling, she did her graduation in English Literature and a master's degree in Mass Communication. Before joining the glamor industry, he worked in the local theater for 5 years. During this time he met his wife Tahira. According to Ayushmann, Tahira is the first and last girl in his life. During an interview, Ayushmann had confessed that he was going through a financial crisis when he got married to Tahira. At that time he had only ten thousand rupees in his account.

Childhood friend to Life Partner

Ayushmann has chosen his childhood friend Tahira Kashyap as his life partner. When Tahira was 16 years old, he met her. The families of both also knew each other. Both of them changed their identity of about 12 years in marriage in 2011. Tahira proved to be very lucky for Ayushmann. She made her successful debut in Bollywood only after marriage. The couple has two children, a son, and a daughter. Tahira is an author by profession.

Recognition from MTV Roadies

Ayushmann started his career as an anchor and radio jockey. But he got recognition by winning the second season of the show MTV Roadies in 2004. Earlier he used to be an RJ in Big FM in Delhi. After a radio, he became a video jockey in many shows on MTV, and soon he was seen hosting many shows (India's Got Talent, Music Ka Mahamuqabla) on TV as well.

Ayushmann debut with 'Vicky Donor'

In 2012, he made his entry in films with the film 'Vicky Donor'. Based on sperm donation, this film was well-liked as well as Ayushmann's acting. He also sang a song (Pani Da Rang) in the film. For this film, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and the Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer for the song.

However, after 'Vicky Donor, Ayushmann's films Nautanki Saala, Stupidity, Hawaii proved to be unsuccessful at the box office. But he won the accolades of the audience and critics by showing great acting in the films 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha', Bareilly Ki Barfi, Badhaai Ho, Dream Girl, Bala, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.
