There have been many actors in Bollywood who captivate the audience with different characters. Although Bollywood actor Alok Nath has made his identity as a cultured father. Alok Nath has played the role of hero and heroine's father in most of the Bollywood films and he was also well-liked in those characters. Not only this, because of his character, he was named 'Sanskari Babuji'.

Born on 10 July 1956, Aloknath is celebrating his 65th birthday this year. Alok Nath's father was a doctor and his mother was a housewife. His father also wanted Alok Nath to become a doctor like him. Alok Nath did his schooling and graduated from Delhi itself. After college, his mind started moving towards acting. Due to this, he joined the Ruchika Theater Group of the college. After this, he studied at the National School of Drama for three years and learned tremendous acting. Alok Nath still plays his role well because of the acting lessons he got in theatre. So let's know some special things related to him on the occasion of his birthday.

Alok Nath's mark on the Big Screen

Alok Nath has made a mark on the big screen as well as on the small screen as a loving father who always has love in his heart. He has done about 140 films and more than 15 TV serials in his career. He has played most of these characters of Babuji. In the year 1980, he started his career with the film 'Gandhi'. His role in this film was small, but it was from this film that he stepped into Bollywood.

Alok Nath came to Mumbai after the film 'Gandhi', but he had to struggle hard for the second film. He did not get any other film for five years. During this, he acted with Nadira Babbar in Prithvi Theater for 2 years. At the same time, Alok Nath got a small role in the film 'Mashal', which he did.

Tag of Sanskari Babuji

Alok Nath got the tag of Sanskari Babuji later. Earlier, he had played the role of a romantic hero in films. He gave very romantic and hot scenes in the 1987 film 'Kamagni'. Apart from this, he also played the role of villain in many films like 'Vinashak', 'Conspiracy' and 'Bol Radha Bol'. However, he was liked only in a positive role. Once Alok Nath was offered the role of Jitendra's father, but due to some reason, he refused to do this role.

Alok Nath played the role of a father in films like 'Maine Pyaar Kiya', 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun', 'Vivah', 'Ek Vivah' Aisa Bhi, which brought tears to the eyes of the people. Along with these films, he was also active on the small screen. Alok Nath also appeared in shows like 'Buniyaad', 'Humlog'. Alok Nath has also tried to change his culture tag. He has also played cool dada and dad in 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' and 'De De Pyaar De'. He was well-liked in these characters as well.
