Actor Siddharth Shukla died on 2 September at the age of 40. Sidharth reportedly felt uncomfortable around 3 am and was later taken to the hospital the morning. His postmortem report will be released today and the body will also be handed over to his family. His last rites will be performed later in the day. Hearing the news of Siddharth Shukla's untimely demise, his close friends and colleagues in the industry are reaching home to pay his last respects.
TV personality Rahul Mahajan who visited Sidharth Shukla's residence after the actor's demise has said, "I met his mother today…She had tears in her eyes but she was strong." "She said death is obvious but it shouldn't have been this soon. She is a mother and how can any mother see her son go away in her lifetime," Rahul added.
TV actress Rashami Desai took to Twitter to share pictures with actor Sidharth Shukla, who passed away aged 40 on Thursday. She wrote, "Sometimes life gets complicated but today was a reminder that there's something bigger than all of us. Words don't make sense anymore. My heart breaks as I type this – rest in peace."
Actress-singer Shehnaaz Gill's father Santokh Singh Sukh has said that she told him that she was with Sidharth Shukla when he passed away. "She told me, 'He died in my hands. What will I do now? How will I live now?'" Santokh said. He further said that Shehnaaz had gone to wake Sidharth up but he didn't respond.
