Brahmastra Trailer Reaction: Ranbir’s much-awaited film fails to stand high on hopes

The trailer looks more like a computer game with outstanding graphics and thus lacks reality.

Ranbir Kapoor who last appeared in Sanju(2018) is back again with his yet another film “Brahmastra”. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film seems to be a fantasy adventurous cinema exploring some mythological aspects of Hinduism and its history.

Dharma Productions launched the official trailer of the film today which received massive views from the audience. The trailer, however, fails to grab the attention of the audience for long. It opens with a voice-over of Mahanayak ‘Amitabh Bachchan’ who gives a brief about the ‘Divyastra’, being used in ancient times of Hindu History, and also launches the central character of the film Shiva(Ranbir Kapoor).

Ranbir’s Character owns some extraordinary powers and is invincible to fire, his character some relation with Brahamastra(a superpowerful weapon used in the times of Ramayan, Mahabharta, etc) and the film follows a quest for the same. Prima facie the setback of the film appears very unique, however, the Graphics or the VFX shown in the trailer demotivates the audience as it doesn’t look real, and more than that it appears to be fake

The trailer looks more like a computer game with outstanding graphics(yes, such graphics would be holding tonnes of praise there)and thus lacks reality. Moreover, the film stars, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mauni Roy, whereas Superstar Shahrukh Khan would be surprising his fans by playing an interesting cameo in the film.
When the film would be released?
The film will release in two halves, part one of the film would be hitting the big screens on September 9 this year and is expected to do well at the box office as the film holds strong star cast, also Ranbir would be back on screen after a long wait of four years, thus fans would not miss a chance to watch this action-based drama.
