Giving information about this on social media, trade analyst Taran Adarsh ​​wrote, "Satyamev Jayate 2… in which John Abraham is playing a double role for the first time, was earlier scheduled to release on Eid of 2021. Filming has been completed. The post-production work is in progress. The theatrical release will happen once the theatres open." Directed by Milap Jhaveri, the film also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Divya Khosla Kumar and Amyra Dastur in pivotal roles along with John Abraham.
