BMC had given notice to Amitabh Bachchan in 2017. Then the wall of the plot adjacent to Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow was demolished and a drain was made. But no tampering was done with Amitabh's bungalow. Questions were raised on the BMC for not demolishing the wall of Amitabh's bungalow despite the notice. BMC officials have not given any statement on this.

The width of the road near Pratiksha gets reduced abruptly, due to which there is a situation of jam. There is a lot of traffic on this road and along with having 2 schools, a hospital, and an ISKCON temple on this road, many monuments of Mumbai are also nearby.

Memories related to Big B's parents in Pratiksha

The Bachchans live with the family in their second bungalow 'Jalsa'. But sometimes they keep coming to their old bungalows to spend their time waiting. In this bungalow, Amitabh Bachchan spent a lot of time with his parents. Pratiksha is the first big bungalow of the Bachchan family in Mumbai. Apart from this, Amitabh has two more bungalows in Juhu, whose names are 'Janak' and 'Jalsa'.
