Amitabh Bachchan and Tapsi Pannu's film Badla crossed the 34 million rupees figure in the 6th day of their release at the domestic box office, but it seems difficult that this film will get 50 millions this weekend.
The film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh, has made a collection of Rs.35.5 million on the sixth day of its release i.e. on Wednesday. The collection has fallen by Rs.30 million compared to Tuesday. Now the film's total earnings is 34 crores 35 lakhs. It is done while the gross collection of the film is Rs. 40 crores 53 lakhs.
The film got an opening from Rs 5 crores 4 lakhs. Film Badla has been produced by Shahrukh Khan's company Red Chillies Entertainment. The story of Badla is from a girl who has been living with her boyfriend for three months but one day she disappears. Then someone gets to know and he starts blackmailing. One day he is killed and the girl gets a murder case. Amitabh Bachchan turns her lawyer.
This change will actually be changed in the end of the story. Badla the film is an official Hindi remake of Spanish movie Contratiempo, i.e. The Invincible Guest.
It took ten years for this revenge to start the story. Sujoy Ghosh had written the script, but he was not getting the Badla name because this title was with any other producer. In the story of the film, then there was Vidya Balan with Amitabh Bachchan and Nasiruddin Shah agreed to the third role and was supposed to work with Amitabh Bachchan for the first time but all changed. The film, made in about Rs. 30 crores, has been released in 750 to 800 screens.
