Akshay Kumar, who Celebrates his 52 birthday today, has announced his upcoming period Dramatization titled Prithviraj on the event. The actor reported his first historical film which will highlight him as the extraordinary warrior, Prithviraj Chauhan.
Akshay took to Twitter to share the teaser of the film and expressed, "Elated to share about my 1st historical film on my birthday! Humbled to have the opportunity to play a hero I look up to for his valor & values- Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan in one of my biggest films #Prithviraj. Producer @yrf, director #DrChandraprakashDwivedi, releasing Diwali 2020."
The on-screen character said in an announcement, "It is really respected that I will assume the role of one of the most fearless and courageous kings of India, Prithviraj Chauhan. As a country, we ought to consistently commend our saints and deify what they did to spread the qualities that Indians lived by.

The actor has effectively reserved Diwali 2020 for the movie which will be directed by Dr. Chandra Prakash Dwivedi under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The producers are yet to declare the female lead of the film, who will be viewed as Sanyogita.
The actor recently featured in a chronicled war dramatization, Kesari which gathered Rs 154 crore at the domestic box office. It based on the Battle of Saragarhi and featured Parineeti Chopra as the female lead. A year ago, he featured in Gold, which depended on India's first gold medal win as an independent country at the 1948 Olympics.
The film is relied upon to conflict with Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film, Dhaakad next year. The actor plays a challenging daring gun-wielding fighter in the film and had released a teaser a month ago.
