Samrat Prithviraj Tax-Free in MP: Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar's most awaited film 'Samrat Prithviraj' is going to be released in theatres on June 3.
There is a lot of buzz in the audience about the historical story of the film. The film has been praised by Home Minister Amit Shah. The film is based on the life and valour of the fearless and powerful king Prithviraj Chauhan.
Former Miss World Manushi Chillar is going to debut in Bollywood with this film. The actress is playing the role of Rani Sanyogita in the film.
After UP, the film has now been made tax-free in Madhya Pradesh. This was announced by Shivraj Singh Chouhan, CM of Madhya Pradesh.
CM tweeted and wrote, We have decided to make the film "Samrat Prithviraj" based on the life of the great warrior emperor Prithviraj Chauhan tax-free in Madhya Pradesh so that more and more youth see the life of the great emperor and awaken more love for the motherland in them.
A special screening of the film was held today at the Lok Bhawan Auditorium in UP. After watching the film, the UP government made the film Prithviraj tax-free.
Akshay Kumar has played the role of Prithviraj Chauhan in the film Samrat Prithviraj directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
The film will revolve around the first battle of Tarain, in which he faced Muhammad Ghori. Former Miss World Manushi Chhillar, who is making her Bollywood debut with the film, will be seen opposite Akshay as Sanyogita.
It also stars Sanjay Dutt, Manav Vij, Sonu Sood and Ashutosh Rana. The film is scheduled to release Today i.e. June 3 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
