England defeated Pakistan in a pulsating final Twenty20 at Emirates Old Trafford and won the series 2-1. The Pakistan team has lost both the limited-overs series. Although, the Pakistan team has managed to win only one match on this tour.

On 20 July, the last match of the three-match T20 series was played between hosts England and Pakistan, which was the series decider. Batting first after winning the toss, the Pakistan team scored 154 runs for the loss of 6 wickets on the basis of 76 run innings by Mohammad Rizwan.

England won the T20 series by 2-1:

England's team achieved the target of 155 runs on the fourth ball of the 20th over. Although the team lost seven wickets, Captain Eoin Morgan played brilliant innings for the team and gave the team a 3-wicket win. By winning this match, the England team won the T20 series 2-1, while in the ODI series, hosts England clean sweeped the visiting team Pakistan.
