Security forces have killed two terrorists in the forests of Nagberan-Tarsar in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama. Police have told that one of the slain terrorists is Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist Lambu who was the topmost terrorist of Pakistan. Let us tell you that Lambu was an expert in making Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and was also involved in the plot of the Pulwama attack in 2019. Security forces were looking for him for 4 years. He was active in the Valley since 2017.

According to IG Vijay Kumar of Kashmir Police, Mohammad Ismail Alvi alias Lambu alias Adnan was a relative of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar. He stayed with Fiyadeen Adil Dar till the day of the attack on the CRPF convoy in Pulwama on 14 February 2019. Lambu's voice was also heard in Adil's viral video. Let us tell you that 40 CRPF personnel were martyred in the Pulwama attack.

Police said that the search was started after receiving information about the hiding of some terrorists in the forests of Nagberan-Tarsar. During this, the terrorists started firing on the security forces. According to sources, it was a group of 5 terrorists. There were one local and four Pakistani terrorists in this. The identity of the second terrorist killed in the encounter is yet to be ascertained. At the same time, the search operation is also going on in the entire area, in which the police and army personnel of three districts are engaged.

350 kg IED was used in Pulwama attack

On 14 February 2019, there was a fidayeen attack on a CRPF convoy in the Awantipora area of ​​Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. Also, 40 jawans were martyred in this attack near Goripura village. The terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed had claimed responsibility of the attack. The terrorists used 350 kg IED for the attack.

2 Pakistani infiltrators killed in Punjab

On Friday night, the BSF killed two infiltrators from Pakistan on the Ferozepur border in Punjab. BSF jawans asked the intruders to stop, but they did not listen. As soon as they entered the Indian border, the soldiers piled them up. Along with this, the search operation is going on in the surrounding areas as well.

IED found on Jammu-Poonch highway

3 jawans injured in grenade attack in Baramulla

On Friday, terrorists attacked the security forces with a grenade in Baramulla. Three CRPF personnel and a civilian were injured in the attack. They were admitted to the hospital. After the incident, the security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation, but the terrorists are yet to be found.
