Jammu and Kashmir police and security forces started a joint operation after the terrorists were reported to be hiding in the Samoh area, seeing themselves surrounded by security forces, the terrorists started firing and in retaliation a terrorist got killed.
At the same time, security forces have foiled terrorist infiltration in Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir, as 6 to 7 Pakistani terrorists were trying to infiltrate along the Line of Control. As soon as its sound was heard, the prompt soldiers started taking action, during this time, the security forces stacked 3 terrorists. A large quantity of ammunition was recovered from the slain terrorists besides 2 AK-47 rifles, one M16 A2 rifle and simultaneously, a search operation is being conducted in the area.
