Thackeray Termed the Statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as “An Insult of the Soldiers”

Thackeray termed the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as "an insult of the soldiers" in which he said that if the Rafale was in the air, then there could be more firing in Air Strike on February 26 by the Air Force on the terrorist camp in Balakot, Pakistan. Raj Thackeray was addressing party workers on the occasion of the 13th Raising Day of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS).

At least 40 soldiers of the Central Reserve Police Force were martyred in a suicide attack on February 14 in Pulwama, Jammu Kashmir. Thackeray alleged that before the Pulwama attack, the warnings of intelligence agencies were ignored. He raised the question, "40 soldiers were killed in the Pulwama attack. Should not we also ask questions? In December, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval met Pakistan National Security Advisor in Bangkok. Who will tell us about the transparency of this meeting?

Speaking to BJP President Amit Shah, to tell the number of terrorists killed in the Balakot attack, Thackeray said that Shah was a co-pilot during the air strikes. Thackeray claimed that the Indian Air force 'missed' the target in Balakot because the Modi government had misinformed him.

He said, "If the Prime Minister himself says that the Rafale jet in the country would have been better, then it would have been better, it is an insult to our soldiers." Describing the killing of terrorists in air strikes as disputed, Thackeray said that if this were the Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Vardhman never gives permission to return to Pakistan.

The MNS chief said, "There is no limit to lying. Lying to win the election. In order to win the elections, another attack will be similar to Pulwama in the next two months. "Referring to the stalemate on the occasion of Dolaam in 2017 between India and China, Thackeray said that the Prime Minister had told the citizens that he was away from Chinese products Stay, however, he failed to tell where the material used in the statue of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel in Gujarat came from.
