Kanhaiya Kumar will Fight Elections, Know Where the Party has Given Ticket

After a long struggle, it was finally decided that the JNU's disputed student leader Kanhaiya Kumar would contest from Bihar. CPI has given him a ticket from Begusarai. Earlier, Kanhaiya Kumar's name was not finalized in the list of opposition in Bihar, because it was said that Lalu Yadav's son, Raksha does not want Kanhaiya to be active in Bihar politics.

Earlier on March 9, the first list of candidates of the Communist Party of India (CPI) was released, but it did not have the name of the student leader Kanhaiya Kumar.

It is known that there was a program in JNU campus on February 9, 2016, on the anniversary of Parliament attack mastermind Afzal Guru. In it, there will be fragments of India, Insha Allah. Insha Allah, Kashmir will be alive till the freedom, the war will remain like anti-trafficking slogans were planted. The name of Kanhaiya is also included in the charge sheet.

Police have alleged that Kanhaiya Kumar incited the crowd of people present in the program to make slogans against the country. The investigation has found that Kanhaiya led the protesters on the evening of 9 February 2016.

This program at the JNU campus was not allowed. On February 11, 2016, a case was registered against unknown people in Vasant Kunj police station in Delhi in this case. The complaint was lodged by BJP MP Mahesh Giri and ABVip (All India Students Council).
