All-purpose flour 2 cups

Cashew Handful

Vanilla extract 2 teaspoon

Baking soda 1 teaspoon

Virgin Olive Oil 150 Ml

Castor sugar 2 cups

Curd 2 tbsp

Baking Powder 2 tsp

Butter 1 teaspoon

How to make Eggless vanilla tea cake:

 Step 1:

To make this recipe, preheat the oven at 200 ° C and then grease the baking dish of your choice with oil or butter. Now take a big bowl and add curd to it and mix it well so that there are no lumps. Now add baking powder and baking soda to the curd and mix it well. If you wish, you can use a hand blender to mix it well. Keep the bowl aside for 5-8 minutes until bubbles rise in the mixture.

 Step 2:

When the curd mixture has bubbled then add olive oil, castor sugar and vanilla essence to it and mix all the ingredients well. Now add the flour in a little bit and mix it well. It is necessary to add the flour in a little bit or else there will be a possibility of lumps in the mixture. When the cake batter is ready, put it in the pre-greased cake pan and spread it evenly with the help of a spoon. Add chopped cashews on top. You can also add other nuts of your choice or if you do not like nuts, do not add them to the cake.

 Step 3:

Pre-heat the cake pan and bake for 12 minutes at 220 ° C in an oven. After 12 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 180 and bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out the cake pan and let it cool. When the cake comes to room temperature, take the cake out of the pan. Cut the cake into slices and serve hot or cold with tea as per your liking.
