Boiled Potatoes 250 grams (peeled)
Rusk Biscuit 5 (Powdered)
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

How to make egg and potato cutlets:
Step 1:
First of all, take boiled potatoes, onions, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them well.
Step 2:
Now add boiled eggs and mix well again. Now make small balls with this mixture and thin them a little and give the shape of tikki. Dip the prepared tikkis in the beaten eggs and roll them in rusk powder.
Step 3:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared tikkis till they turn golden brown.
Step 4:
The cutlet is ready. Serve hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves.
