NIT Agartala Recruitment 2020: National Institute of Technology, Agartala has invited online applications for the recruitment of Assistant Professor (Grade 1 and 2) in various departments on its official website. Candidates who want to apply for these posts can apply online on the official website http://hr.nita.ac.in/ on February 25, 2020, till 5.30 pm. After this, the application process will be terminated.
NIT Agartala has sought applications for recruitment to fill 58 posts of Assistant Professors in various departments. Out of which 2 posts are for bio-engineering, one for chemical engineering, 8 for civil engineering, 9 for electrical engineering, 8 for computer science and engineering, 6 for electronics and communication engineering, 4 for electronics and instrumentation engineering For, 1 are for Management, Humanities, and Social Sciences, 8 for Mechanical Engineering, 2 for Physics, 1 for Master of Computer Applications, 3 for Production Engineering, 2 for Chemistry and 1 for Mathematics.
Application fee
Candidates belonging to the unreserved and BOC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 while SC / ST candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500. However, applicants for PwD are exempted from paying any application fee. See the notification for more information.
Eligibility
• Assistant Professor (Pay Band – 3 Grade Pay with Rs. 6000) Candidates should have PhD degree.
• Assistant Professor (Pay Band – 3 Grade Pay with Rs. 7000) – Applicants should have Ph.D. With this, one year of experience in teaching and research is necessary.
• Assistant Professor (Pay Band – 3 Grade Pay with Rs. 8000. (Minimum salary Rs. 30000) – Candidates should have a Ph.D. After 3 years of Ph.D. or 6 years of Teaching and Research Experience.
