Kalraj Mishra Instructed Universities to Prepare Engineering Courses in Hindi

Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra inaugurated the new buildings, Labs, Tennis Court, Aeronautical Lab, Cafeteria, 300 KW Roof Top Solar Plant, and Research Hub online at RTU Kota. Addressing the program organized by Raj Bhavan in Jaipur. Kalraj Mishra said that the text material related to technical education should be prepared in English as well as in Hindi and local languages. He stressed making efforts to develop technical skills and competencies among the students as per the local requirement.

The Governor said that keeping in view the importance of technical education. Special attention has been paid to its quality and practical dissemination in the new education policy. He called upon the technical educational institutions and universities to make continuous efforts towards improving the teaching process. Quality training of teachers and making the students technically proficient.

Online education should not remain one-sided

Governor Mishra said – Online education should not remain one-sided during the era of Kovid. There should also be an emphasis on maintaining a constant two-way dialogue between the teacher and the students. Along with this, courses related to life behavior education should be given an adequate place in technical education. If subjects related to art and culture will be added technical courses, then technical education will not be burdensome and students will also enjoy studying.

Youth should be able to give employment to others

The Governor said that such technical education should be given to the students so that they can become employable for themselves as well as others. He also suggested setting up separate 'Skill Development Centers' in the university for this. Also expressed hope that the new labs developed at Rajasthan Technical University would help the students to understand the practical side of research. Research work will also get a new direction in the university. In the program Vice-Chancellor, Prof. RA Gupta presented the progress report of the university. The teachers, officers, employees of the university, including Governor's secretary Subir Kumar, RTU registrar Naresh Kumar Malav, joined the online program.
