Educational Qualification:
General Manager (HR) (E-7) – Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks from any recognized university and post graduation degree in management with specialization in HR / Personal Management / Industrial Relations / Labor Welfare / Diploma.
Senior Manager (E-4), Engineering– Engineering Graduate with at least 60% marks in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Marine Engineering from any recognized University.
Senior Manager (E-4), Electrical – Engineering Graduate from any recognized University with at least 60% marks in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Tele-Communication.
Senior Manager (E-4), Naval Architect – Naval Architect, Naval Architect and Shipbuilding, Naval Architect and Ocean Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university, and a post graduate engineering degree in a related subject is required.
Senior Manager (E-4), Commercial – Engineering Graduate with at least 60% marks from a recognized University and Post Graduate Degree in Material Management / Marketing Management / Supply Chain Management / Operation Management / Quality & Reliability Engineering / Product & Industrial Engineering. / Diploma.
Manager (E-3), Finance – Degree from a recognized university and professional qualification should be CMA or CA.
