Foreign Policy: Approved the Draft Proposal Seeking an Investigation into the Responsible Causes of the Covid-19

Officially with 62 countries, the European Union and Australia have approved and signed a draft resolution demanding an investigation into the responsible causes of the spread of the coronavirus.  This investigation is about the role of China and the World Health Organization.

At the same time, 120 countries raised the demand for independent investigation in the Virtual Annual Meeting of World Health General Assembly held on 18 May, which included India.  Under pressure from this, both the World Health Organization and China have agreed to an independent investigation into the causes of the global spread of the coronavirus.

China has been forced to say that it will provide two billion dollars of assistance to developing countries in the next two years to deal with this epidemic.  The development comes at a time when India is about to become the Chairman of the Executive Board of the World Health General Assembly.  The demand for independent investigation by India is a meaningful step in terms of India's foreign policy.  India is no longer the non-aligned country whose world superpowers had a compulsion to remain silent on many issues.

A realistic approach has been adopted by India to control the world order, regional equilibrium and the behavior of China playing with the sovereign sovereignty of Southeast Asian countries, countries in the Asia Pacific.  In the midst of the Corona epidemic, India strengthened its security cycle last month with direct foreign investment from China and other neighboring countries.  This move of India greatly infuriated China.  A spokesman for the Chinese embassy said that India's new rules for direct foreign investment from certain countries violate the WTO's non-discriminatory principle and are against the general trend of free trade.  The interesting thing is that it is the expectation of China which caused the corona epidemic to the world.
