At the beginning of the study, all the participants had to follow a run-in diet for 2 weeks so that all the participants could reach the same nutritional level. In the next phase of the study, participants had to complete a diet plan for 5 weeks. Each participant was to follow any of the 1 diets. After this investigation, researchers have concluded that regular intake of avocado helps to reduce not only LDL but also oxidized LDL in obese and overweight people.
Add avcado to daily diet-
LDL particles are very dangerous for our body because of these, plaque starts to accumulate in the arteries. So people should try to include avocado in their daily diet separately and in a healthy way. Whether it is eating avocado with whole-wheat toast or as a veggie dip. Avcado contains nutrients like healthy fats, carotenoids, which are considered to be good for eye health as well as overall health.
