Ingredients:
50 gm Ghee
300 grams of khoya
100g Grated Milk Chocolate
50g Roasted Amand
50 grams Walnuts
150g castor sugar
30 grams of coconut powder
100 grams bread crumbs
30 grams of coconut powder
100 grams chopped pineapple
50 grams Roasted Cashew Nuts
50 gm fig
1 tsp black cardamom powder
For Garnishing:
1 tbsp rose water
1 tsp kewra essence
Pistachios as required
How to make Chocolate Dry Fruit Barfi Recipe:
Step 1:
To make this dish at home, firstly mix ghee, bread crumbs, khoya, coconut powder and milk chocolate in a container. Now mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon. Add pineapple, almonds, walnuts, cashews and figs to it.
Step 2:
Now put sugar, black cardamom powder, rose water and kewra essence. Place this mixture in a baking tray. Meanwhile, heat the oven at 180 ° C and cook this mixture for 25 minutes in it.
Step 3:
Now, Take it out from oven after 25 minutes and let it harden. Then cut it into the shape of barfi and serve with garnished pistachios.
