Domestic Flights: What is the Rule of States regarding Domestic Air Passengers?

Air travel has started once again in the country during the Corona virus infection.  Many states have opted to set their own rules regarding the movement of passengers rather than the guidelines of the Center.  State governments have announced quarantine and isolation rules for oncoming travelers.

Many states have said that they will be provided facilities only if the symptoms of fever or phlegm are seen in the passenger.  While many have decided to keep 14 or 28 days of self-isolation, the traveler may not notice signs of infection.  Let us know what the rules of the states are about the passengers of the aircraft.

There will be only 50 domestic flights daily from Mumbai Airport.  People who do not have any symptoms can also be quarantined at home.  Those coming to the city for a short period are likely to get a discount.

Passengers landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the national capital will not need a quarantine or isolate.  Such passengers with no symptoms will be allowed to leave for 14 days following the advice to monitor their health.  If any symptoms develop, then the District Monitoring Officer or State / National Call Center has to be informed in 1075.  Also, people in whom symptoms will be isolated will be taken to the nearest health facility where the severity of symptoms will be tested.  Patients with moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to covid-19 health facilities.  Those who have mild symptoms, they will be given the option of isolation from covid-19 care centers or at home.
