The bill related to farmers is being discussed in the Rajya Sabha. The bill has been introduced in the Rajya Sabha by Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar. The Agricultural Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill-2020 and the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Price Assurance Agreement and Agreement on Agricultural Services Bill-2020 have been approved by the Lok Sabha.
