In Rajasthan, the phase of increase in the prices of petrol and diesel has started again. On Tuesday, the price of diesel has increased by 27 paise and the price of petrol in Jaipur by 22 paise. After this, petrol in Jaipur has reached 101 rupees 35 paise while diesel has reached 98 rupees 80 paise per liter. Diesel prices have increased for the third time in a row today. At the same time, the price of petrol has changed after 22 days today.

Worldwide crude oil prices have started rising once again. As a result of this, Brent crude, the benchmark of crude oil, crossed the level of $ 78 per barrel on Saturday to reach $ 79.36. Crude oil has reached a record high of 3 years. Earlier in September 2018, it had reached $80. In such a situation, due to the increase in the price of crude oil, the prices of petrol and diesel may increase further in the coming days.

Diesel became costlier by Re 1 per liter in September

Diesel prices have increased 4 times in the last 5 days across the country. At the same time, today for the third consecutive day i.e. on 28 September, there has been an increase again. In this way, diesel has become costlier by about Re 1 per liter in the month of September so far. However, today this is the first hike in petrol prices in the month of September. Earlier, petrol prices had remained stable for a long time.

Petrol in 20 states and diesel in 4 states now cross 100

Petrol has reached Rs 100 per liter in 20 states of the country. Petrol is above Rs 100 per liter in all districts of Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Manipur, Telangana, Punjab, Sikkim, Orissa, Kerala, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan.
