Expressing displeasure over the CBI's investigation so far in the death of Dhanbad Additional District Judge Uttam Anand, the Jharkhand High Court has ordered the CBI Director to appear in the court on the next day of hearing i.e. October 29.

This case is incomplete and faulty

Hearing the matter on Friday, a division bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad said that the charge sheet filed by the CBI in the special court two days ago, this case is incomplete and faulty and said that in the investigation so far, the agency has not been able to explain why he was murdered. Who were the people behind the whole conspiracy and what was their motive behind carrying out this incident?

The High Court said that when the High Court is monitoring this matter, why was the information not given to us before the CBI filed the charge sheet in the Special Court of CBI, Dhanbad? Why did the CBI hide this from us? The court also said that it was not expected from the CBI. This is a flawed charge sheet. This matter is being monitored by the High Court and monitoring does not mean mere misinformation.
