American tech company Apple is purchasing Intel's smartphone modem business. Deal has been filed for $ 1 billion. However, according to a statement from the company, Apple Intel is buying most of the smartphone modem business. Following this deal, Intel will add approximately 2200 Apple App to Apple.

Under Apple and Intel's deal, Apple will also purchase IP and equipment from Intel. Money transactions will be done by the end of this year. But now the question is what will America's big chipset company Intel do next in the smartphone modem business?

Intel will continue to make modems for production such as iot device, computer, auto vehicles after this deal. The biggest advantage of this deal is obviously Apple, because now Apple will now work on 5G itself. Apple will now make its own 5G modem for its smartphones i.e. Until then the company relied on chipset makers like Qualcomm.

Apple and Qualcomm have had some differences before this, and the reason for this is the modem. In addition to Apple Qualcomm, Intel has been importing some parts from Intel too. It is not that in this next iPhone, Apple will be able to set its own 5G modem, because it will work on it now.

Apple will still use Qualcomm's modem for its first 5G iPhone. According to the report Apple's 5G smartphones will come next year. Recently the company had announced that the legal battle has been settled with Qualcomm running for several years.
