Jalebi is a popular Indian dessert prepared with fine flour and sugar syrup. The taste of this tasty dessert is liked not only by the children but also by the elders. The crispy jalebi when served with hot milk or cold rabri has a great taste on the tongue. Jalebi is often preferred with samosas and garam masala tea. Maybe you like Jalebi prepared in a simple way, but the taste of Paneer Jalebi is different from it. It is easily found in the market. Paneer Jalebi Ingredients-

Paneer – 200 grams

Refined flour – 4 cups

Sugar – 1.5 cups (300 grams)

Ghee – for frying jalebi

Saffron threads – 25 to 30

Method of preparation of Paneer Jalebi:

1. Put saffron in a bowl of water, so that it dissolves.

2. Now mix some water in the flour and prepare the batter. The flour solution should be such that when you drop it from the spoon, it should fall into a razor blade. When the solution is ready then cover it and keep it for 1 hour.

3. Prepare syrup in a pan. Mix saffron water in the prepared syrup.

4. Meanwhile, mash the paneer and add 1 teaspoon of milk and mash it smooth.

5. To prepare Jalebi batter mix the paneer in the all-purpose batter and whisk it well.

6. Now take a cone and put jalebi batter in it. Tie the cone from the top and hold it and make a small hole with the bottom side scissors.

7. Heat ghee in the pan. After the ghee is hot, make round jalebies by pressing the cone.

8. Slow down the flame to medium and fry the jalebis.

9. Fry the jalebis till they turn golden brown on both sides.

10. Your paneer jalebis are ready. Dip it in prepared syrup and after 2 minutes take it out in a plate.
