Chamcham is a famous dessert of North India. By the way, in the market, you will find lots of variety and flavors of Chamcham. But instead of eating from sweets shop, this time you can make Chamcham sweets at home.

Ingredients:
Paneer 300 grams
Flour 2 tablespoons
Green cardamom powder 2 teaspoons
Sugar and a half cup
Condensed Milk 200 Gms
Eating color (yellow) ½ teaspoon
Water 4 cups
For Garnish:
Handful of chopped pistachios
Method of making Chamcham:
Step 1:
First heat 3 to 4 cups of water in a pan on medium heat.
Step 2:
Now add sugar and let the sugar dissolve completely in the water.
Step 3:
When the sugar syrup becomes thick, add yellow food color to it.
Step 4:
Keep in mind that sugar syrup is not too thick. It needs to be slightly thinner. Turn down the heat.
Step 5:
Now mix the paneer and maida in a vessel. Mix well and make small balls of the oval shape.
Step 6:
Pour these balls lightly in sugar syrup and let them cook on low heat for a while. Turn off the gas.
Step 7:
When the syrup becomes cold, take out the chamcham from the syrup and keep it aside in a plate.
Step 8:
Now mix the condensed milk and cardamom powder well in a pot. Apply it well above the chamcham

Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve them as per your liking or on the normal temperature.
