At the same time, the demand for autonomy sector in Pakistan has started coming up. An American-based group on Monday called for the creation of an autonomous Greater Karachi within Pakistan representing the migrant generals.

Nadeem Nusrat, a leader representing the group of Vice-Karachi, said that Pakistan has no right to speak for the rights of the Kashmiris. He does not have such authority till he himself gives permission to the people of Muhajir, Baloch, Pashtun and Hazara community in his own right. He further said that Pakistan does not have any moral basis to prosecute the Kashmiri case on any regional or international forum, if it deprives its citizens from its original human rights.

Nadeem Nusrat asked, 'Pakistan demands the right to a referendum in Kashmir, is it ready to give equal rights to its disgruntled minorities?' He further said that for decades, Pakistani ministers have been holding public meetings with Kashmiri separatist leaders overseas. How will Pakistan react to the meetings of Indian ministers with representatives of exiled Mohajirs, Baloch and other persecuted ethnic or religious minorities? '

Nusrat claimed that a global campaign would be launched soon to intensify his efforts in seeking restructuring of Pakistan. The Voice of Karachi chairman said that his organization has already published the proposed map of Greater Karachi and will soon release the main article of his proposed one day before the Independence Day of Pakistan.
