Demand for Compensation and Government Job to the Family of Family of Deceased Sharif Khan

Truck driver Sharif khan was killed by terrorists at shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning when SDM Jagdish Arya went to support family members at Mewat village of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, Villagers started demanding compensation from the Government. "He works for transporter in Haryana. He was the only bread-earner for his family. Now, after his death his wife, 3 daughter, and parents are economically in a critical situation" said, villagers.

" Sharif khan went to import apples from Kashmir on Monday morning where he was shot by terrorists. Government is helping the victim's family in every possible way" said SDM Jagdish Arya.

"Sharif's daughters are still waiting for their father to return", said his father with teary eyes. Sharif's father and his brother left for Kashmir after being informed about murder but were stopped before reaching Jammu. The administration has arranged for the dead body to be transported from Shopian to Jammu and then to his village in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

According to SSP of Kashmir Sandeep Choudhary, "Villagers had tried to save sharif khan from terrorists but they started beating them too". According to the first investigation, police said "We think its Jaish-e-Mohammad or Hizbul Mujahidin behind this incident"
